yeah, I think D+ is pretty harsh. C+ sounds about right.
Tonight's episode wasn't the greatest i had ever seen, but there were a few spots that saved it from a really low grade (in my mind) . A few dunham character developments, that little bit at the end with the colonel and Broyles, and some other things. it looks like next episode will be better.

Although, I was disappointed at the Peter-Walter dynamic in this episode. It seemed very forced, and not at all thought-out. It was very cut and dry, just kind of a "yeah, here, they're getting together. Isn't that great" kind of thing.

On more than one occasion the philosophy of Phud has been brought up in the casual conversations of friends and associates at the naughty Hell-Fire club only to be stifled by the peels of laughter of the old ones sitting in the back room.
